Right of withdrawal

Return Policy:

  1. Returns: Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Original packaging and labels must be intact.
    • Items that have been custom-made are non-returnable.

    • The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
    • We recommend choosing tracked shipping to ensure the return is successful.

  4. Refund:

    • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation period: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us) , immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
